It’s always worth a look around your tyres to check for any wear and tear. If the side walls of your tyres are damaged in any way at all you should get them replaced immediately – side wall damage can lead to spontaneous blow-outs which are something to be avoided at all costs.

You can also sometimes find objects, such as nails, in your tyres without the tyre currently deflating. This is common but again you should seek advice on getting your tyres repaired or replaced immediately before the tyre is damaged any further. Please feel free to give us a call for advice on any aspects of tyre safety on 0800 970 9867.

Make sure there are no lumps, scars or cuts in the tyre. If your tyre has any of these you should have it inspected immediately as the tyres could have internal damage. Give us a call to find out how we can help you with tyre inspection, repairs or replacement on 0800 970 9867.
